What is Installer.com?

Selling a product is the easy part. Installing it is where orders stall. Installer.com runs everything that happens after the sale: finding the right installer, booking the visit, guiding the work on site, documenting it, and paying everyone involved.

It is used for EV chargers, solar panels, heat pumps and battery storage.

Who uses it

Brands and retailers sell a product that needs installing. They send the job into Installer.com and follow it to completion without running a field organisation of their own.

Installer companies receive jobs that match their skills and their area. They accept, schedule and complete the work in the installer app.

End clients are the customers at the address. They confirm times, approve quotes and see progress in the client portal.

What the platform does

Stage What happens
Intake The order arrives from a webform, an integration or the API.
Dispatching The order is offered to installer companies until one accepts.
Booking A visit is scheduled with the end client.
Field work The installer follows the workflow and records what was done.
Documentation Photos, checklists and certificates are attached to the order.
Payment Offers are settled and installers are paid out.

Every one of those stages is a step in a workflow you control. See How an order moves through the platform.
